Before listing, the site allows you to enter in your state to see what the demand is like. Once you list your property, you then negotiate the terms and rate directly with the prospective tenant. Furnished Finder does not charge any booking fees.
They also offer FREE screening tools, background and credit checks so you can choose the right tenant for your property. You can also use one of their state-approved leases.
